Background and Career: Phil has over 20 years’ experience in global organisations and has played a key role in digital transformation and innovation. Most recently, Phil was Managing Director, Divisional Trading at outsourcing specialists, Capita, where he led an international team, managing the delivery of major client accounts for the likes of BT, O2 & Scottish Power.
Role: Acting Chief Finance Officer, appointed June 2020
Background and Career: Tim joined Communisis in July 2019 as Director of Group Finance and was appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer in June 2020 with overall responsibility for the Group’s financial matters.
Prior to joining Communisis, Tim was a Director at EY having spent 13 years working in both their London and Leeds offices. Tim’s experience covered clients including FTSE 100, private equity backed businesses and other large corporates.
Background and Career: Oliver has extensive leadership expertise in the Foodservice, Hospitality and Drink industries in addition to managing digital, retail and branded consumer goods. He joined Communisis mid-2019 to run its Brand Deployment Division before taking on his current role in November 2020. Prior to joining Communisis in 2019, Oliver was Managing Director of Foodbuy UK & Ireland, a division of Compass Group, and the driving force behind its launch and success.
Prior to this, he spent 11 years with Diageo in a variety of senior Procurement roles, including 3 years in the USA. He is an acknowledged functional expert in Purchasing and Supply Chain.
Background and Career: Michelle joined Communisis in February 2016 initially to build a Risk Framework for the ‘Customer Experience’ division supporting clients within strongly regulated markets. She has subsequently brought together the risk, information security and data protection elements of the business to deliver a Risk Function focussed on resilience and sustainable growth.
Prior to Communisis Michelle has over 30 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines including Lean Sigma, Programme Management and Risk and Governance mostly within the Financial Services Industry. She has successfully held various leadership roles one of which was managing the supplier relationship for work outsourced to Communisis from her previous employer.
Background and Career: Andrew joined Communisis in 2014 with initial responsibility for our Deploy and Design businesses in the UK and internationally. Andrew is responsible for HR operations, and ensuring all our people practices and change programmes land well, are sustainable and deliver on their objectives. Prior to joining Communisis, Andrew held senior HR roles with Tesco PLC, leading organisational change and capability programmes across Central Europe and Turkey.
Cara joined Communisis in 2014 and has held several roles throughout that time that include leading client relationship teams, a manufacturing site and as Technology Director. Her role is to ensure Communisis’ digital products and solutions support its new and existing client’s journeys through the fast-paced, ever-changing, digital landscape.
Prior to Communisis, Cara has worked in the Occupational Health sector in both relationship and operational management roles. She managed relationships with clients across all sectors, whilst ensuring the integrity of service was provided in line with the fast-paced requirements. The Health Care sector provided a strong basis for the roles she has undertaken in Communisis.
