Background and Career: Andy joined Communisis in January 2008 as Managing Director of Print Sourcing and became Group Sales Director in November 2008. He was later appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Officer designate on 25 August 2009 and took on the role permanently in October 2009. Formerly, Andy was a Managing Director at Bemrose Booth Limited and a Managing Director at De La Rue plc.

Background and Career: Steve joined Communisis in December 2017 and has extensive experience of the digital media, business services and FMCG sectors in both the UK and overseas markets. Most recently Steve was CFO of EDC Communications, a Private Equity backed group of digital media agencies. Previously he held senior finance roles at Vendia UK Ltd, Uniq PLC, Caradon PLC and The Gillette Company.

David has more than 30 years experience in the IT Services, Outsourcing and Banking industries. He joined Communisis in April 2014 taking the role of Group Development Director before being appointed Managing Director of Customer Experience in January 2015. Prior to joining Communisis, David held a number of Board positions managing UK, USA, European and off-shore companies delivering Services, ASP, Document Management software and consultancy.
Oliver has extensive leadership expertise in the Foodservice, Hospitality and Drink industries in addition to managing digital, retail and branded consumer goods. Prior to joining Communisis in 2019, Oliver was Managing Director of Foodbuy UK & Ireland, a division of Compass Group, and the driving force behind its launch and success. Prior to this, he spent 11 years with Diageo in a variety of senior Procurement roles, including 3 years in the USA.
Michelle has 30 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines including Lean Sigma, Risk and Governance. She joined Communisis in 2016 to build a risk function for the Customer Experience division focussed on supporting clients within strongly regulated markets. More recently she has taken on responsibility for risk across the full Communisis group bringing together a number of specialist areas to create a team focussing on Business Resilience.
Andrew joined Communisis in 2014 with initial responsibility for our Deploy and Design businesses in the UK and internationally. Andrew is responsible for HR operations, and ensuring all our people practices and change programmes land well, are sustainable and deliver on their objectives. Prior to joining Communisis, Andrew held senior HR roles with Tesco PLC, leading organisational change and capability programmes across Central Europe and Turkey.
