We invested £3m on state-of-the-art enclosing machinery for our Leeds and Copley factories and re-engineered the end-to-end process for producing the two most significant direct mail campaigns, Acquisitions & Balance Transfers, enabling us to produce these campaigns 5 days faster whilst reducing cost per pack.
