Strategic outsourcing for an end-to-end customer comms solution

A major high street bank made a strategic decision to outsource their non–core banking operations activity and selected Communisis as a trusted strategic partner that would assist them in putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Over a period of six months, following the signing of a 10-year contract, the bank transferred its inbound mail and scanning operations to Communisis. In total, 430 people TUPE transferred to Communisis across 13 sites. We provide services out of three main operational centres, processing over three million inbound customer communications per month with an average of four and a half million images captured.

We are working together to build an end-to-end customer communication solution, effectively linking inbound and outbound communications in a multi-channel environment, improving processing efficiency and customer experience that better supports brand values.
