About Neil
I started with Communisis back in February 2003 as an Account Executive on a new account in London. I worked on this account for 5 years and managed to work my up to manage the POS team. I then moved over from a retail based account into a Financial Services account, heading up the on-site team in London. A year on from starting this position an opening came up to lead an exciting new retail account, which is what I have been doing for the past 4 months.
Through each step of my career moves within Communisis, I have gained additional knowledge and had the support and expertise behind me. One of the great things about Communisis is their commitment to people, believing in their people and best of all investing in their people. It gives you comfort that although working on a client's site, you still have the support and training materials needed to progress your career forward, with things such as performance development plans to help progress people who want to achieve.
