About Jean
I am the Purchase Ledger Manager for Print Management Services, which covers Newcastle, Leicester and Rickmansworth sites. The aim of managing and delivering an effective and efficient Purchase Ledger service, to ensure suppliers are paid correctly and in a timely manner, ensuring my team manage all queries and issues promptly and conclusively. Finance is more than just working with figures, it is about making a difference - providing excellent customer service to internal & external contacts, improving processes and reducing rework.
I really enjoy working for Communisis, in my eyes it is the people who make the company and I work with some great people. Within Finance, the department has great team spirit, my Financial Controller & Financial Director are invaluable mentors, my team support me to make Purchase Ledger be the best that it can be. I feel lucky to be working in such a department and company. In my role, there is so much variety, every day has a new challenge, that I could never get bored and the time flies. Previously, where I have worked for large companies, I have felt like a small cog in a large wheel but working for Communisis, you really feel you can make a difference and that is what I love.
