Communisis plc published its Annual Report on 25 March 2008 and, therefore, in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, the Company submits its Annual Information Update which refers to information that has been published or made available to the public in the 12 months since the Annual Information Update of the Company published on 3 April 2007 up to and including the date of this announcement. This AIU will also be available in the Investor Section of our website at www.communisis.com.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 27(3) of the Prospectus Directive Regulation, it is acknowledged that some of the information referred to in this update was up to date at the time the information was published but may now be out of date.
