Annual Information Update (“AIU”)

Communisis plc published its Annual Report on 25 March 2009 and, therefore, in accordance with Section 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules, the Company submits its Annual Information Update which refers to information that has been published or made available to the public since the Annual Information Update of the Company published on 10 April 2008 up to and including the date of this announcement.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 27(3) of the Prospectus Directive Regulation, it is acknowledged that some of the information referred to in this update was up to date at the time the information was published but may now be out of date. To avoid an unnecessarily lengthy document the information is referred to in summary in this update rather than included in full.
